We regularly use third parties to measure our performance by talking with with our clients and they tell us that our service is exceptional.

Most of our users are entitled to telephone and email support as part of their initial license or their support and updates renewal fee.
We have lots of customers and they ask lots of questions. Many of these questions have been answered on the FAQ's page. It is often a good idea to look here for the answser to your own issues.
Our support team have put together a series of very simple guides to help users get started and get the best from the software. These are regularly being updated. Have a look at our User Guides page. If you don't see what you need - we might be able to add it to the next update.
We are always making improvements to our software based upon the feedback of our clients and partners. These upgrades are provided as part of your initial license and renewal fee. It is worth checking for new upgrades on a monthly basis.
We will try to keep you informed about new services, new updates and new products. We will also occasionally contact you to ensure that you are happy with our service. If you do not want to be contact you can let us know and we will not send you any further information.
