support It is our aim to provide a support service which is second to none. We have a team of support staff who are highly skilled and genuinely care about the small businesses that they look after. We regularly use third parties to measure our performance by talking with with our clients and they tell us that our service is exceptional.
This does not make us complacent and we are always keen to improve our products and support service. Please let us know how we can support you even better.
Free telephone and email support
Most of our users are entitled to telephone and email support as part of their initial license or their support and updates renewal fee.

We are always making improvements to our software based upon the feedback of our clients and partners. These upgrades are provided as part of your initial license and renewal fee. It is worth checking for new upgrades on a monthly basis.
